The buyer pays for a Prebuy inspection and Title Insurance.  Skyline Aeronautics handle the closing of the aircraft and the filing of the paperwork with the FAA.  Any attorney can create an LLC.  It only costs approximately $150 to file the paperwork with the Secretary of State of Missouri.
