How to put a new or
pre-owned aircraft to
work for you!
Skyline Aeronautics
is recognized as one of the leading Technically Advanced Aircraft
(TAA) training providers in the US. As the premier leader in G1000
training, we have been recognized for this by the FAA and have been
awarded with hundreds of training positions of FAA Inspectors in
FY2008 through October 1, 2008 and are now just receiving
assignments of training positions of FAA inspectors for FY2009 and
FY2010. In 2006, we wrote the ASA G1000 software training program
used to train G1000 aircraft owners and pilots all over the world.

We currently have
a Frasca Mentor FTD on order and have just completed the order for a
DA42 Level 5 Capable FTD for delivery to support our training
requirements for multiengine aircraft training in the DA42.

You may now own, or
may be considering the purchase of an aircraft, for the purpose of
investment or an investment accelerated depreciation program just
authorized by the US Congress for Tax Year 2008. We have the perfect
program for you!
We currently have 2
G1000 C172s, 2 G1000 DA40s, and a Cirrus SR20 on leaseback. We need 3
of each model of G1000 aircraft to support each class of (6) FAA
Inspectors that will be arriving here every 3 weeks for the next 3
years. We are currently hiring highly qualified Flight Instructors to
teach in this program.
We need the following
aircraft to provide training to FAA Inspectors over the next THREE
YEARS!
- We provide you with a detailed leaseback analysis
spreadsheet which calculates a precise fixed and variable cost for the
operation and maintenance of the aircraft. This provides you with a
scientific breakeven number of flight hours the aircraft must operate per
month (revenue generating flight hours) in order to service the debt and
fund the reserves for maintenance, avionics, oil changes, engine and prop
overhauls, and estimated reserves for taxes.
- We show you how to form an LLC (limited Liability
Company) to own, finance, manage, and lease the aircraft to us in a
marketing arrangement that optimizes asset depreciation and allows most
individuals to deduct aircraft and LLC expenses on their personal income
taxes.
- A Leaseback agreement is signed and the aircraft is
placed on the Skyline Aeronautics fleet insurance policy.
- The aircraft, is given a pre-acceptance inspection
prior to being placed online. Once the aircraft is determined to be
in excellent shape, it is placed online and customers can begin to
schedule it on the online flight schedule.
- Skyline Aeronautics' job is
to market, manage, and maintain the aircraft to keep it flying. We
will keep the most premium of surroundings for these premium aircraft
and will keep the customers flowing to these aircraft that generate the
fleet numbers.
- The owner of the aircraft can schedule the aircraft and
fly it like any other customer, but the invoicing takes place at the end
of the month when the leaseback activity report is prepared.
The leaseback formula works like this:
Monthly Aircraft Revenue
less (20% Skyline Management fee)
less actual maintenance and parts costs from billed work orders
accrued on a monthly basis
less insurance premium (pro rated from Skyline fleet policy)
less tie down fee
less actual fuel and oil costs ($.25 below field cost for fuel)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Net amount due aircraft owner for previous month-The check is sent to the
LLC Address of record by the 10th of the next month.
Skyline Aeronautics pays all sales taxes
collected from the rentals of the aircraft.
This program works and is fully supported by
the US Tax Code and the IRS.
